Our Return Policy

At HF Engraving Studio, every engraving is custom-made and personalized. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or refunds on custom orders once the engraving has been completed.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If there is an issue with the quality of the engraving or if the item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your case and, if appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund.

Please note:

  • Customers must provide the material to be engraved in good condition. We are not responsible for flaws in the material itself.

  • We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect designs or text provided by the customer. Please double-check all spellings and details before confirming your order.

  • For business or bulk orders, a service agreement will outline specific terms and conditions.
